Once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced, service fees are generally non-refundable.

• Data destruction
• Equipment testing
• Decommissioning
• Recycling

Costs incurred during the delivery of these services cannot typically be reversed once work has begun.

3. Project Cancellations

If a cancellation is received before equipment collection or onsite work has started, PCPM Group will review the request and determine whether any charges apply.

If resources have already been allocated—including transportation, labor scheduling, equipment preparation, or logistics planning—we reserve the right to invoice for reasonable costs already incurred.

4. Asset Recovery & Equipment Valuation

Many projects include the recovery of value from retired technology assets.

Equipment valuations are based on several factors, including:

• Manufacturer and model
• Physical condition
• Functional testing
• Cosmetic condition
• Quantity of assets
• Market demand
• Current resale value

Any preliminary estimate provided before inspection is intended as a guide only and does not constitute a guaranteed purchase price.

Final asset recovery values are determined after equipment has been received, inspected, tested, and evaluated.

5. Equipment Condition

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate information regarding the condition of their equipment prior to collection.

If equipment differs significantly from the information originally provided, PCPM Group may revise quotations, recovery values, or project pricing accordingly.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe an invoice or payment contains an error, please notify us as soon as possible.

Our team will investigate the matter promptly and work with you to resolve any legitimate billing concerns.

7. Payment of Asset Recovery

Where applicable, payments for recovered assets are processed after:

• Equipment has been received
• Inventory verification has been completed
• Functional testing has been performed
• Final asset valuation has been approved

Payment schedules may vary depending on project size and contractual agreements.
