2. Acceptance of Services

By requesting a quotation, scheduling a pickup, or engaging PCPM Group for any service, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
• You have the legal authority to transfer ownership or possession of the equipment.
• The information you provide regarding your assets is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree to cooperate with our team throughout the project.

3. Service Quotations

All quotations provided by PCPM Group are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.

Pricing may vary depending on factors including:

• Equipment quantity
• Equipment condition
• Equipment specifications
• Transportation requirements
• Project complexity
• Additional services requested
• Market conditions affecting asset values

Final pricing or asset recovery values may be adjusted following inspection and verification of the equipment.

4. Asset Ownership

Customers represent and warrant that they are the lawful owner of all equipment submitted to PCPM Group or have obtained all necessary permissions to transfer the equipment for processing.

PCPM Group assumes that all assets received have been legally transferred and reserves the right to refuse any equipment where ownership cannot reasonably be verified.

5. Data Security & Data Destruction

Protecting sensitive information is one of our highest priorities.

PCPM Group utilizes secure data destruction processes designed to permanently remove information from data-bearing devices using industry-recognized methods.

Customers remain responsible for identifying all storage devices containing confidential or regulated information prior to collection.

Where requested, PCPM Group will provide documentation confirming completion of applicable data destruction services.

6. Equipment Collection & Transportation

Pickup appointments are scheduled based on project requirements and availability.

Customers agree to:

• Ensure equipment is accessible at the agreed collection time.
• Provide a safe loading environment.
• Inform PCPM Group of any access restrictions before collection.
• Identify any hazardous materials requiring special handling.

Failure to provide reasonable access may require rescheduling and could result in additional transportation charges.

7. Asset Recovery

Where appropriate, PCPM Group evaluates eligible equipment for refurbishment or remarketing to maximize residual value.

Asset recovery values depend on several factors including:

• Physical condition
• Operational status
• Cosmetic condition
• Market demand
• Age of equipment
• Manufacturer and model

Asset values cannot be guaranteed until inspection has been completed.

8. Electronics Recycling

Equipment that cannot be refurbished or remarketed will be processed through environmentally responsible recycling channels.

PCPM Group strives to minimize landfill waste by maximizing reuse, refurbishment, material recovery, and sustainable recycling practices whenever possible.

9. Website Use

Visitors agree not to:
