No Returns or Refunds

Supreme X Stone does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been confirmed, processed, or delivered.

Natural stone products, including marble, granite, and limestone, are sourced and supplied based on individual customer requirements. Because every slab is unique in color, veining, texture, and natural characteristics, all purchases are final.

Natural Stone Variations

Natural stone is a product of nature, and each slab is unique. Variations in:

• Color
• Veining
• Texture
• Pattern
• Mineral composition
• Surface markings

are normal characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

Product images displayed on our website are intended for reference only and may differ from the actual material supplied.

Custom Orders

Custom-fabricated, cut-to-size, special-order, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, dimensions, and material selections before confirming an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins and solely at the discretion of Supreme X Stone.

Once an order has entered production, fabrication, packaging, or shipping, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

If you believe you have received the wrong product or your order has been damaged during transit, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible by emailing info@supremexstone.com with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the product and any damage

We will review each claim individually and, where appropriate, work with you to determine a suitable resolution. This policy does not guarantee a refund and is limited to genuine cases involving shipping damage or fulfillment errors.
